Return Policy

All items on this site are made to order. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. After you receive your items, you have 15 days from the delivery date to inspect your purchase and get in touch with us by sending an email to love@onanabrands.com or filling out the contact form on our website. If the item was damaged or the wrong item was sent, we will issue a replacement. Please do not send your items back to the manufacturer or the sender address printed on your packaging. 

 

Damaged & Wrong Items

 

If the item received is damaged or defective upon arrival, or if the wrong item was sent, please promptly send an email to love@onanabrands.com or fill out the contact form on our website. Include a photo of the damage, your order number, a photo or scan of the packing slip, and as much written detail as possible-  within 15 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for sending the product back in its original packaging, and send out a replacement. 

Orders Not Received

All of items on our website are made to order, and are custom printed at the time of order. Most orders should arrive within 2 weeks. For orders not received, or partially missing orders, please allow up to 3 weeks before contacting us with a claim.  Additionally, please ensure that the address you gave us when you placed your order is correct. Even one wrong letter or number can affect delivery. 

If the address you provided is correct but your orders still did not reach you, reach out to us by filling out the contact form on our website so that we could resolve the issue. 

Change your mind?
 

Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products you no longer want, unless they are damaged, defective, the wrong item was sent or did not arrive.

We plan on updating our policies to become more customer-friendly as we grow, so please check back often.
